Industriemeister in Mechatronics
Through the German Dual Vocational Training (GDVT) initiative, the Malaysian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MGCC) is collaborating with the IHK Kassel–Marburg, B. Braun Medical Industries and Penang Skills Development Centre (PSDC) to offer the Industriemeister in Mechatronics starting from January 2022 onwards.
The MGCC standardized Industriemeister in Mechatronics program develops specialists through an on-top training focusing on advanced technical and organizational aspects combined with knowledge in management according to the German Meister Framework Curriculum and Training Regulations.
Scope
- Clarify technical requirements and feasibility of mechatronic problem solutions
- Configure, parameterize and commission systems
- Monitor configuration and change management
- Monitor production and process sequences of mechatronic products and systems
- Design and implement service and customer support services
- Train, advise, and support customers
- Plan work processes including the use of materials and resources
- Prepare cost plans and monitor cost development
- Assist in the selection and procurement of machinery, equipment and facilities
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety, environmental and health regulations
- Develop and implement quality management objectives
- Assist in planning personnel requirements and filling vacancies
- Promote further training of employees and carry out training of apprentices
