The MGCC Academy is a service of the Malaysian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MGCC), dedicated to supporting the continuous professional development of Malaysia’s workforce and business leaders.
Through a dynamic range of training programmes, seminars, and workshops, the Academy bridges the gap between theory and practice in key areas such as sustainable business practices, digital innovation, energy transition, data analytics, as well as leadership and negotiation skills. At the same time, the portfolio is continuously expanded to reflect evolving market needs, while offering companies and organisations the flexibility to develop tailored training solutions.
All programmes are delivered in collaboration with selected member companies, industry experts, and academic institutions, with a strong focus on both specialised technical knowledge and the development of essential soft skills.
