Job Description
Responsibilities
- Compensation and Benefits Processing: Manage data related to work record sheets, claim reimbursement, etc. in digital applications.
- Employee Services and Assistance: Provide support for various employee inquiries, including payroll-related issues effectively.
- Insurance Document Processing: Support and oversee the submission of employee enrolment, admission and insurance claims, ensuring timely reimbursement.
- Employee Health and Safety Monitoring: Collaborate with the Health and Safety Department and external parties to ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage Office Administration: Liaise with building management, third parties, and authorities to ensure smooth operational processes.
Requirements
- Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Preferably, a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Officer or in a similar role.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a proactive problem-solving approach
