Further Qualifications
The Train the Trainer (AdA) International Program

As the demand for skilled professionals grows, effective on-the-job training has become crucial for businesses seeking to stay competitive. Our program emphasizes the importance of qualified trainers, who not only need to be subject matter experts but also possess essential knowledge in pedagogy, legal aspects, and training methodologies.

The AdA International program offers the highest international certification for trainers in the TVET sector, accredited by the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK). This certification enhances the credibility of trainers and equips them with the skills needed to foster effective learning environments. Led by experienced facilitators familiar with both the German AdA framework and the Malaysian context, the workshop provides valuable insights, practical exercises, and actionable tips for effective situational and intercultural training for both youth and adults.

Participants can expect a comprehensive approach to preparation, including a step-by-step guide to navigating the exam process and compact materials that highlight essential content for success. Being part of homogeneous training groups fosters a collaborative environment that improves outcomes, while personalized feedback on instructional concepts ensures participants are well-equipped to deliver impactful training.
