Train The Trainer in Business – ISO certified Training 4.0
In July 2016, the Malaysian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry started to train the first certified AdA International Trainers. This is the highest international certification for trainers in the TVET sector accredited by the Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry DIHK. Currently over 18 German Chambers abroad in Europe, America and Asia are already certifying in-company Trainers according to the German Train-The-Trainer Ordinance (AEVO). Trainer trained in Malaysia – made in Germany.
The AdA-International conducted by our German master trainer Edwin Lemke from the training institute “Training by Understanding” is certified with the ISO DIN 29993 which guarantees highest international quality standards. The workshop provides knowledge, exercises and practical tips for situational and intercultural youth and adult training. The AdA-International is mandatory for companies that wishes to train according to the German DIHK standard.
The training of the AdA-International consists of 4 modules

Course Format
The 40-hour basic course and the 80-hour advanced course can be individually booked and scheduled. The minimum number of participants is ten people.
For this, the AHK Malaysia offers the following:
- First class experienced coaches
- Training concept according to German standards
- Curriculum adapted to Malaysian environment
- Learning materials created by experienced trainers
- Quality assurance through AHK-DIHK certification
- Workshop and examination in English
