To expand our market position in Malaysia, we are looking for a Sales Manager Malaysia to be based at our subsidiary in Damansara Heights.

Job Responsibilities:
Your overall responsibility will be to help grow our business and reach sales targets by establishing trusted relationships with customers and contributing to the positive image of TriOS in the water market.

1. Sales Territory: You will be selling our high-quality, high-performance TriOS sensors to end users, engineering companies, and distribution partners across the entire territory of Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak.
2. Reporting: Basic reporting is required. You will be responsible for feeding the TriOS CRM system with data and for working on a sales funnel.
3. Travelling: Your role will involve travelling around Malaysia, with occasional travel to international sales meetings outside Malaysia (including to the head office in Germany, or to other countries in Europe and Southeast Asia).
4. Sales and Marketing Support: You will participate in water-related conferences and organize sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstration trials together with our team members.

Qualification Requirements & Skills:
Self-motivation, flexibility, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are key. We prefer accuracy to speed and honor high-quality work.

Background: Scientific or technical background with sales experience in the Malaysian water market.

Communication Skills: The job requires communication with colleagues in Germany and Malaysia, so proficiency in English and Malay is mandatory.

A valid driving license and Malaysian citizenship are prerequisites.

The Position: Manager Research (m/f/d)

• Primarily to find outstanding leaders and talents for C-Level, C-1 and highly specialised functions.

• Secondly you support Business Development.  You research companies with a high potential and design and support campaigns to win them as customer. Organizing customer events should be easy for you.
• Last but not least will you cover some administrative tasks, like regular correspondence and basic financial data management.

Your Profile

The following qualifications will enable you to make a meaningful and lasting contribution to our continued success:

• You are dealing with top executives from all over the world. You must be able to have a conversation at eye-level. A bachelor degree does help.
• At least five years of research experience in an Executive Search firm. Just being a researcher at any contingency search firm is not enough.
• Pleasant and self-confident appearance.
• Self-driven, creative and able to work independently. Don´t simply say that you have it, prove it.
• Flexibility. We provide outstanding Leadership Advisory. That is not done from 9 to 5 only. Good availability and fast responsiveness are parts of our service culture.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Conversational Malay. Advanced Excel usage.
• You possess a Malaysian work permit.
