Office-in-Office via German Business Center (GBC)
If you want to test the waters first before installing a full office structure in Malaysia and in alternative to a key account manager, you have the possibility to work desk-to-desk with us and other German companies as part of the German Business Center at our premises in Kuala Lumpur. This offer is aimed primarily at German SMEs that wish to establish businesses in Malaysia. If you have a desk or office with us, you have direct access to MGCC and to Germany Trade and Invest (GTAI). Thus, valuable information about the market situation in Malaysia and our excellent connections to the institutions of German foreign trade promotion and Malaysian institutions can be used directly.
We have open workplaces and closed office space, which are approximately 14m2 to 40m2 in size and can accommodate 1 to 8 people. Depending on availability, the open workplaces can also be made available weekly or daily. The rental price includes office furniture, security service, electricity and air conditioning, telephone line, unlimited internet access and access to network printer, fax machine and copier. If necessary, we can also equip the workplace with our own PC and / or printer if necessary. Our tenants have access to a comfortable common area, which offers the opportunity to have a coffee or tea. Conference and meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 25 people are also available. These can be used from RM60 per hour.
We can also support you as needed in your day-to-day business through our own specialist staff. We are happy to put together a professional and attractively priced package for your consideration.
