She has extensive experience working with national athletes at the Malaysian Sports Institute (ISN), particularly in artistic and rhythmic gymnastics. Her clinical focus includes kinesiology, exercise physiology, and return-to-sport rehabilitation. Rachel brings a performance-driven approach to workplace health, blending elite sports conditioning with practical strategies for employee well-being.
