Partnering for Skills: GDVT Grant Opportunities for Employers
Unlock Talent, Reduce Costs, and Build a Future-Ready Workforce
The demand for skilled workers continues to grow, and employers across Malaysia are feeling the pressure to attract, train, and retain talent that can thrive in today’s fast-evolving industries.
The German Dual Vocational Training (GDVT) programme offers a high-quality, dual-education approach that combines theoretical learning with hands-on industry experience. Aligned with international standards and tailored to meet Malaysian industry needs, GDVT empowers companies to build a future-ready workforce — trained in real work environments, with practical skills that align directly with your operations.
And here’s more good news
Our training institution partner, the German-Malaysian Institute (GMI), is pleased to announce that funding support from the Kementerian Kemajuan Desa dan Wilayah (KKDW) is now available for companies participating in the GDVT programme — specifically for the Mechatronic and Logistic Operations Management training tracks. This initiative significantly reduces the cost of training while ensuring your team receives quality technical and vocational education.
Even more benefits await.
TalentCorp will also share details about the MySIP initiative, which allows GDVT industry partner to claim Double Tax Deduction from the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) on GDVT-related expenses, including trainee allowances, logistics, data and communication, and training costs.
