Luca Thones is a Senior Legal Consultant specializing in national and international arbitration and maritime transactions. She has extensive experience handling complex investment and commercial disputes under ICSID, ICC, and DIS rules, particularly in energy, construction (including offshore wind projects), and corporate matters. Her maritime practice covers the full scope of sale and purchase processes, including vessel registration and flagging.

 

Dato' Mary Lim Thiam Suan

Dato' Mary Lim Thiam Suan was the first judge of the Construction Court in Kuala Lumpur and recently retired as a Federal Court Judge.  She is currently a Visiting Professor with several international and local universities, member of the Special Advisory Committee of the Permanent Forum on China Construction Law (PFCCL) and Judicial Integrity Network, and a Judge of the Bahrain International Commercial Court.

Apart from construction disputes, Aniz is also an active litigator focusing on commercial disputes and has appeared as counsel in all levels of Malaysian Courts.
