Koen Munneke is the CEO of AraPay and Founder of Ara Research, where he develops AI‑powered solutions that automate receivables and collections for lenders across ASEAN. His work focuses on solving key challenges in the collections processsuch as ensuring consistent customer outreach, maintaining compliance visibility, and enhancing engagement through a combination of stable messaging infrastructure and intelligent automation. Koen’s platforms have delivered strong results across thousands of accounts, enabling organisations to streamline their receivables operations and improve collection outcomes with greater efficiency and transparency.
Ivy Lee is the Director of Enterprise Sales at Razorpay Curlec, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the payments ecosystem. She helps large enterprises and international firms navigate Malaysia’s financial landscape while driving digital payment transformation and modernizing recurring billing. Previously, Ivy held leadership roles at the Merchant Advisory Group, Omise, and CIMB, and she holds an MBA from the University of East London. She is also a strong advocate for Women in Tech, dedicated to fostering diversity and mentoring future industry leaders.
