TVET Engagement Session: GDVT Penang’s 10th Anniversary & World Class Talent
Celebrating a decade of dual excellence
Join us on 30 September 2025, 8.00 am – 12.30 pm at the Penang Skills Development Centre, as we mark 10 years of the German Dual Vocational Training (GDVT) programme in Penang — a milestone in developing world-class talent through industry-driven vocational education.
The event will feature a special address by YB Tuan Jagdeep Singh Deo, Deputy Chief Minister of Penang, and H.E. Silke Riecken-Daerr, German Ambassador to Malaysia, reflecting on the impact of TVET in shaping Malaysia’s future workforce.
As part of the programme, MGCC will also host its annual Industry Outlook forum on Malaysia’s Talent Crunch: Transforming the Workforce Ecosystem to Strengthen Economic Growth — bringing together thought leaders and industry experts to tackle one of Malaysia’s most pressing challenges.
