About
DEININGER CONSULTING was founded in 1981 by Mr. Thomas Deininger as an equity partner-based executive search firm in Frankfurt, Hesse. We began developing the markets in Eastern Europe in the mid-1990s and launched our successful practices in Asia in 2004. Currently, most of our customers are industrial hidden champions with headquarters in Germany and sales and production sites all over the world. Our core services are the placement and assessment of executives, taking into account the intercultural background. Our managing partner for Malaysia and Southeast Asia is Lodowing Insiun. In 2002 he completed his studies in Southeast Asian Studies and Economics at the University of Bonn with a master's degree. Since then, Lodowing has been active in executive search and recruiting mostly for German companies in Mainland China and Southeast Asia.
