Festo AG & Co. was established in Esslingen, Germany, in 1925. Since then, the company has become a global key player in the field of automation. Today, Festo offers its products and services at over 250 branches world-wide and contributes significantly to the development of automation technology in the host country. Festo Malaysia, for example, has trained more than 35,000 technical personnel in industrial automation and has provided thousands of automation solutions to its customers. Festo AG & Co established its Malaysian operations in 1979. Today, its Malaysian network covers Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Malacca and Johor Bahru. All branch offices are linked to the Kuala Lumpur head office, which in turn taps on to Festo’s worldwide communications and information network in Germany.
