Kern Liebers Textile Malaysia is part of the KERN-LIEBERS group and produces high quality high precision parts for textile machines, warp knitting machines to be precise. The company was established in Malaysia in 1995 and currently our team consists of around 170 employees. Our knitting parts are used in the production of textiles for car interiors, undergarments, bathing suits, PPEs and defense equipment amongst others. A typical warp knitting machines requires around 50,000 parts to guide and manipulate the yarn into the correct pattern. These 50,000 parts have to be of an extremely good and reliable quality to ensure a consistent fabric being produced by the machine. We are specialised in creating these high consistency, high quality parts for our customer resulting in a high quality fabric.
