KUKA Robot Automation (M) Sdn . Bhd., located in the Selangor state of Malaysia, is the Southeast Asia Regional Office for Sales and the Technical Support Centre for KUKA Group in Asia Pacific w/o China. KUKA first started in Malaysia with a system partner in 1993. In order to provide effective and efficient support to customers, KUKA Malaysia was incorporated in September 1999. With a build up of 9,000 square feet, the regional office is equipped with modern facilities for sales and marketing, repair, testing, spare parts and training centre. The business scope covers sales , marketing, design, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, training and production standby of robotic systems. KUKA Malaysia is able to provide high quality aftersales service support, repair and maintenance services for all types of KUKA products in the region.
