We have open workplaces and closed office space, which are approximately 14m2 to 40m2 in size and can accommodate 1 to 8 people. Depending on availability, the open workplaces can also be made available weekly or daily. The rental price includes office furniture, security service, electricity and air conditioning, telephone line, unlimited internet access and access to network printer, fax machine and copier. If necessary, we can also equip the workplace with our own PC and / or printer if necessary. Our tenants have access to a comfortable common area, which offers the opportunity to have a coffee or tea. Conference and meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 25 people are also available. These can be used from RM60 per hour.
In addition to office solutions, we offer these professional services: from personnel search and administration, company founding, obtaining work permits to the acquisition of complete accounting.
