Negeri Sembilan Structure Plan 2045 is an enhancement of Negeri Sembilan Structure Plan 2001-2020, aiming to make Negeri Sembilan equivalent to Kuala Lumpur conurbation in terms of use of land, efficient, social services, quality infrastructures, utilities and amenities to boost the quality of life.

 

Negeri Sembilan Structure Plan 2045 comprises of three core development concepts:

  • Agropolis
  • Biodiversity
