Negeri Sembilan Structure Plan 2045 is an enhancement of Negeri Sembilan Structure Plan 2001-2020, aiming to make Negeri Sembilan equivalent to Kuala Lumpur conurbation in terms of use of land, efficient, social services, quality infrastructures, utilities and amenities to boost the quality of life.

Negeri Sembilan Structure Plan 2045 comprises of three core development concepts:

• Malaysia 2.0 Vision Valley
• Agropolis
• Biodiversity

There are four main pillars intended as a driving force for rapid economic growth in Negeri Sembilan which are:

1. High Technology Manufacturing: Clean Technology Industries, High Technology Industries, Aviation & Maritime Industries, General Industries, SMEs
2. Wellness Tourism: Wellness & Health, Family Eco Run (Ecotourism), Culture & Heritage, Sports, MICE, Shopping, Beach, Army Town
3. Specialised Services: Integrated Logistic Services, R&D, Principal Hub Representative Offices & Regional Offices etc., Data Centre
4. Skill-Based Education & Research: Training Institutions, Colleges & Universities, Developing & Retaining Talent, New Skills for Clean-Technology
