Meet Our Distinguished Moderator and Speakers:  

• Dr. Susanne Lehmann is the Managing Director of Volkswagen Group Malaysia, overseeing assembly operations in Pekan and regional strategy across ASEAN.  With nearly 30 years at Volkswagen Group, she has held senior roles in supply chain, logistics, and production across Germany, Mexico, and Asia.  Her recent leadership t SAIC-Volkswagen in China focused on navigating supply chain disruptions and optimizing logistics during and after pandemic lockdowns.
• Oliver Scheel, a Principal at 4flow Consulting, has over 10 years of experience in supply chain and logistics consulting with a focus on transportation, lean principles, warehousing concepts and the use of AI to improve supply chain efficiency.  On top of Oliver's current role as principal at 4flow consulting China, he leads 4flow consulting projects internationally and in the APAC region.
• Yuan Zhang, Vice President at 4flow Consulting, has over 10 years of experience i supply chain and logistics consulting with a focus on warehouse automation, China-SEA supply chains and B2C distribution.  He draws a deep understanding of processes from his broad operational expertise in change management and implementation projects across various segments of the supply chain.
