Speaker Profile

Lars Bechler is a senior commercial leader with nearly three decades of international experience at German chemical group Evonik, where he currently serves as Head of Commercial Effectiveness. He has held multiple senior leadership roles, including Vice President positions in Marketing, eBusiness, and Pricing, as well as regional responsibilities across South East Asia and the Middle East North Africa.

 

His career spans sales, marketing, business development, and general management across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, reflecting strong intercultural competence and strategic leadership capabilities. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Lars has been a certified coach for over ten years, delivering customised training programmes in soft skills, management, and culture, with a strong focus on human factors.
