Beyond China+1: ASEAN's Rise as a Sustainable Construction Investment Destination

As companies rethink their supply chains amid geopolitical uncertainty, rising costs and sustainability pressures, ASEAN is emerging as a strategic destination for growth, resilience and investment. Beyond simply diversifying beyond China, businesses are increasingly building regional ecosystems that combine global innovation, trusted partnerships and local manufacturing capabilities.

For the sustainable construction and building materials sector, ASEAN presents a compelling opportunity. Rapid urbanisation, infrastructure expansion and increasing demand for green building solutions are driving investment across the region, creating new opportunities for companies seeking long-term, sustainable growth.
