Crisis Management at the Intersection of Operational, Legal and Financial Leadership

The Malaysian‑German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MGCC) is pleased to present a high‑level Tuesday Club session focused on helping business leaders understand how to navigate complex business crises through coordinated operational, legal and financial leadership.

A business crisis rarely arrives as a single issue. Operational disruptions, legal risks and financial pressures often emerge simultaneously, creating compounding challenges that can escalate rapidly. For SMEs and mid‑sized companies in particular, these situations can significantly impact performance, cash flow, and stakeholder confidence.

Drawing on real‑world cases and first‑hand experience, this session brings together a panel of experts to share practical insights into how organisations can manage uncertainty, respond decisively, and strengthen resilience. The discussion will highlight warning signs, common pitfalls, and actionable lessons leaders can apply to better prepare for and manage disruption.

Through a moderated panel discussion, participants will gain a clearer understanding of what happens when critical decisions cannot wait — and how to protect their organisations before a crisis escalates.

Date: Tuesday, 7 July 2026
Time: 10.30 am – 12.00 pm
Venue: MGCC Boardroom, Level 20, Menara Hap Seng 2, Kuala Lumpur

📌 Why this session matters:
