Artificial Intelligence has evolved far beyond chatbots and productivity assistants. The rise of AI agents marks a new chapter where AI can not only generate content, but also reason, solve problems, execute tasks and support complex workflows.
As organisations move from using AI as an assistant to delegating work to AI systems, the focus is shifting towards how businesses can unlock new levels of productivity, innovation and competitive advantage.
Drawing from MGCC’s own experience, Hannes will demonstrate how AI-driven workflows are already being embedded into management and execution, transforming how work is delegated, knowledge is organised and decisions are supported.
