The 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Malaysian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (“the Chamber”) will be held at Hyatt Centric Hotel Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, 26 June 2025.
If an Authorised Representative of a member of the Chamber is unable to participate at the AGM, a Proxy may be appointed to attend and vote on his/ her behalf. However, the mandatory corresponding Proxy Form, enclosed with this email, must be submitted to the Chamber latest by 24 June 2024 at 4.00 p.m. Any failure to submit the relevant Proxy Form by the above date and time shall render the votes/ attendance of said Proxy invalid.
